Fort McClellan Credit Union offers you a chance to see why it 'tis the season to be jolly.' To help you enjoy this winter season with a little extra spending money, we are pleased to give you the opportunity to skip your November, December or January installment loan payment or Mortgage payment.
It's easy. Simply complete the certificate recently mailed to you and bring or mail it to your local Fort McClellan Credit Union Branch, along with a $35.00 check to cover processing before the due date of your payment. Make sure all signors on the loan sign the certificate. Some restrictions do apply.
Credit cards loans are excluded. Any loans being paid by a Debt Reduction Program or Insurance or any loans that have had a default extension within the last three months are also excluded. Loans must be current and established for at least three months.
Interest will continue to accrue on your loan, and your final payment will be due one month later than usual.
Take this opportunity to use the extra cash to spend on holiday gifts and expenses. Plan a holiday trip or family get-together. Or just save it for a later time. However you choose to use your extra cash, please enjoy it with our compliments.

|Important Notice to Member---
Due to the significant decline in the Life Savings products used by our members, our partner, CUNA Mutual Group, has informed us of their intent to discontinue this product line. This product was developed more than 75 years ago and has been in a state of decline for the last several years. This insurance has been provided to some members at no additional cost to you for eligible share deposits up to a maximum of $2,000. Currently this coverage is only being provided to members that qualify whose memberships were established prior to December 1, 1989.
If your membership was established prior to December 1, 1989, any eligible coverage under the Life Savings product will expire on December 1, 2013. Any claims incurred before that date will be honored.
Eligible members with Life Savings will have an opportunity to convert to an individual member-pay life insurance product called Primary Protection. To obtain information about this plan, call CMFG Life Insurance Company, 1-877-636-2377, and speak with a fully licensed insurance representative.
CUNA Mutual Group has established this toll-free number so you can call closer to our coverage expiration date. Should you wish to replace your certificate with an alternative form of life insurance, their staff is available to discuss coverage options that best fits your needs. They will review your situation with you and provide guidance to insure you have the right type and amount of insurance for you and your family.
|e-STATEMENTS AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET|
|For FMCU members subscribing to the Credit Unions' Virtual Branch Internet Financial Services, e-Statements are available for your account and any Cross Account. With e-Statements, FMCU's electronic version of your regular paper account statement, you opt to receive your account statement in electronic form only, in the same format as those you've previously received by mail. These "electronic" statements will be available to you quicker than the printed one's you receive in the mail.
e-Statements reduce the risk of having your statement lost or stolen and helps prevent identity theft. You can print your e-Statement or save it to a computer file for long time storage. You can view your statement online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And e-Statements are available for you up to 6 months starting from when you first receive the e-Statement.
Once you access your account in Virtual Branch, just click on the "Self Services" button then click on "Additional Services." Then select the statement you wish to view or print.
To enroll click on "Enroll for e-Statements" located below the list of periodic statements, complete the Statement Enrollment Form and Submit. This will eliminate the paper statement that was previously mailed.
Each month you will receive an email notifying you that your statement is available online through the Credit Unions' secure Virtual Branch website.|
